Young Leaders Program

To uplift young women and gender expansive leaders in our community, YWCA Duluth launched the Young Leaders Program in 2025.

Program components include professional goal-setting, independent and team-based work, one-to-one mentor pairing, and a leadership development curriculum grounded in reflection, strengths, and values-driven action. Internships will culminate in an Applied Leadership Project that allows interns to practice changemaking in real-world contexts.

2026 internships are closed. Please check back in fall 2026 for upcoming opportunities.
