Convened in 2025 by YWCA Duluth, the Childcare Implementation Task Force (CITF) is a response to the continued childcare crisis we face in the Northland. Our purpose? To bring partners together to strengthen the region’s economic competitiveness by stabilizing and expanding childcare access. CITF members act as an accountability body to ensure local childcare crisis solutions progress.
