YWCA Duluth is a 501(c)3 nonprofit that has been operating in Duluth since 1893. Our beginnings were humble — from housing immigrant women coming through Duluth to offering 24-hour aid to stranded women and children, we have been living our mission to eliminate racism and empower women since the beginning.
In 2024, we turned our attention from direct service programming to a community-wide needs assessment to find out the gaps in aid that exist for women and their families in Duluth. By joining our movement through donating funds, attending our events and telling others about what we do, you are uplifting women and families & ensuring (y)our community thrives.
