Community Assessment
Our primary project in 2025 is a community needs assessment. We are creating intentional dialogue with women and gender expansive people in our community to learn what they need, and to create programming to fit. We are doing this through our electronic survey and by hosting community conversations.
Community Conversations are an integral part of how we've gathered information in 2025 about the needs of fellow Duluthians and displayed our commitment for convening community.
By bringing groups of women & gender expansive people over 18 years old together, and offering them a homecooked dinner in a child-friendly space and a $50 stipend for their time, we are listening to the voices that most need to be heard and honoring the time and energy commitment it takes to participate.
